The West End Fair has announced its second annual Fair Queen Scholarship program.

Eligible participants must be a female residing in Monroe County between the ages of 16 and 20.Participants will be judged on a 300-word essay, "What my fair means to my community," a personal interview, and a speech related to the essay.The winner will receive a $500 scholarship.The coronation ceremony will be held at 4
