Katelyn Graver, 31, of East Stroudsburg, sustained minor injuries in a one-vehicle crash at 8:16 p.m. Saturday on Old Route 115, near Mountain Road, in Ross Township.
State police at the Lehighton barracks said she declined to receive medical treatment at the scene.
Police said she was driving a 1999 Lincoln Town Car southbound when she became distracted and the car veered off the roadway onto the south shoulder of the road. Police said it traveled across a driveway located north of the Ross Commons Manor and across the front lawn of the manor, where it struck a flagpole. The vehicle then continued to travel south on the shoulder of the road before striking a tree and coming to rest facing south, still in contact with the tree.
The vehicle sustained disabling front end damages and was towed from the scene.
Police said Graver was cited for the crash.
