Rush police cite 6 at Walmart store

Rush Township police have filed charges against the following people after shoplifting incidents at the HT Commons Walmart in Hometown.

Gina McMurray, 24, of Lehighton was cited for an April 18 incident involving $4.13 worth of merchandise. She initially provided police with a false identity, which earned her an additional criminal charge. She was cited for retail theft, resisting arrest and providing false information to law enforcement.Tammy J. Heiserman, 40, of Weatherly, was charged with providing false identification and retail theft after she took merchandise valued at $105.98 on May 6.Heiserman's daughter, Corrine Schlier, 18, of Weatherly, was charged with disorderly conduct after she caused a disturbance in the parking lot as her mother was being arrested.Brianna Werley, 18, of Tuscarora, faces a charge of retail theft after stealing merchandise valued at $29.18 on May 7.Kenneth Hengen, 26, of Port Carbon, retail theft of merchandise valued at $6.88 on May 16.Jennifer Marchorro, 32, of Nesquehoning, faces charges of theft by deception and receiving stolen property in connection with the theft of $19.92 worth of goods on May 16.
