Summit Hill police charged a borough woman with disorderly conduct.

At 8 a.m. on April 13, police were at the bus stop at the intersection of Ludlow and Walnut when Katherine White, 41, of 346 W. Iron St., began screaming and causing a disturbance at the bus stop.
