Palmerton Police Department continues to investigate the following incidents:

Drug paraphernaliaCriminal charges were filed against Kevin O'Neill, 47, of Bethlehem, for firearms not to be carried without a license, unlawful possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. The incident occurred on April 12 in the 600 block of Delaware Avenue.Criminal charges were filed against Carol Natale, 42, of Lehighton, for unlawful possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. The incident occurred on March 31 in the 500 block of Delaware Avenue.Criminal charges were filed against Alison Serfass, 30, of Nesquehoning, for unlawful possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. The incident occurred on March 7 on Route 248 west.HarassmentCriminal charges were filed against Branden Reichard, 24, of Palmerton, for criminal mischief, simple assault and harassment. The incident occurred on Nov. 20 in the 700 block of Princeton Avenue.Public drunkennessChristopher Frace, 30, of Pittsburgh, was cited for public drunkenness. The violation occurred on April 10 in the 500 block of Lehigh Avenue.Stolen propertyCriminal charges were filed against Matthew Moyer, 40, of Lehighton, for receiving stolen property and theft by deception. The incident occurred on March 4 in the 900 block of Delaware Avenue.Criminal charges were filed against Carl Miller Jr., 31, of Palmerton, for criminal trespass, theft and receiving stolen property. The incident occurred on Nov. 7 in the 200 block of Delaware Avenue.Retail theftCriminal charges were filed against Amanda Hosier, 32, of Weissport, for retail theft. The incident occurred on March 31 in the 500 block of Delaware Avenue.OtherPolice also issued three citations each for speeding, traffic violations, and vehicle violations.
