State police at Fern Ridge are investigating an access device fraud incident involving a Carbon County resident.

Troopers said a 45-year-old man from Route 534 in Albrightsville, Penn Forest Township, reported someone used his debit card number to make five unauthorized withdrawals totaling $809.39. The incident occurred between March 14 and 15.
