The Carbon County Emergency Management Agency will offer free Community Emergency Response Team classes to all residents.
The four-day course teaches people how to safely help their community or workplace in time of disaster emergencies.Trainings will be held on four consecutive Mondays, April 4, 11, 18 and 25. Participants must attend all sessions to complete the course.The classes begin at 6:30 p.m. at the EMA building, 1264 Emergency Lane, Nesquehoning.Participants must be 16 or older.
