Pocono Mountain Regional Police are investigating a fatal crash which occurred Sunday night along Route 940 in Tobyhanna Township.

The crash was reported just before 6 p.m. near the intersection with Camelot Drive.

Monroe County Coroner Bob Allen identified the victim as Fred Suter, 56, of Pocono Lake. He was traveling east when he lost control entering the right berm where he leveled a metal shed before hitting a tree.

Suter was pronounced dead at the scene.
