WATSONTOWN (AP) - Authorities say a barn fire in central Pennsylvania has left nearly two dozen animals dead.
WNEP-TV reports (http://bit.ly/1QxdURW ) the blaze broke out just before 11 p.m. Thursday in Lewis Township. Family members say 19 steers and at least four horses couldn't escape the flames.
Firefighters had a tough time extinguishing the fire because the barn was filled with hay.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
