Fire companies from Monroe, Carbon and Luzerne counties are on scene since early this morning at a fire at the Blakeslee Inn.
More the 30 pieces of firefighting equipment are on scene, battling against high winds.
The roof has collapsed on the structure that is formerly the Sportsman Inn.
The emergency call originally came in as an automatic fire alarm, but an employee reported flames in the back of the building.
Firefighters are using dry hydrants from Lake Harmony to gather more water for the blaze.
