JANUARY 21, 1984Nis Hollow Estates, the sprawling mobile home park situated atop the Mahoning Mountain and encompassing territory in both East Penn and Mahoning townships, was sold during a public auction sale.The successful bidder was Care Free Village Mobile Home Sales, Walnutport, Care Free is paying a bid price of $573,000 for the complex.The mobile home complex was a project of R&F Enterprises Inc. of Lehighton, and was begun in 1976. The property had been deeded to Sterling and Margaret Frey, who were officers in the R&F Enterprises.
