Dec. 3, Sonia Panell, 40, Lansford was charged with simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct. Officer Dominic Romagnoli was called to North Seventh Street at 3:40 p.m. for a disturbance.
Dec. 12, Tyler Roberts, 22, Bethlehem was charged with driving under the influence, general lighting/headlamps, operating motor vehicle without rear lights, careless driving, possession of a small amount of marijuana. Officer Brandon Gianopulos stopped the vehicle for driving with a malfunctioning headlight on West Church Street. When the vehicle stopped, the officer spoke with the driver who appeared to be driving under the influence of a controlled substance.Dec. 13, Michael Boger, 38, Slatington was charged with driving under the influence for a third time. Romagnoli stopped the vehicle for careless driving on Main Street at 9:49 p.m.Dec. 25, Kimberly Kirkpatrick, 45, Slatington was charged with aggravated assault, simple assault and possession of drug paraphernalia. Officer Stephen Kiefer was called to First Street at 6:57 p.m. for a welfare check.Andrew Heminitz, 35, Slatington was charged with simple assault and harassment. Kiefer stopped the vehicle for a loud exhaust system at 2 p.m. on Main Street. Romagnoli was called to West Church Street at 12:26 p.m. for an unwanted person complaint.Dec. 27, Amber Slocum, 22, Coplay was charged with harassment. Kiefer stopped the vehicle for burned out rear lights on North Walnut Street at 1:05 a.m. In the vehicle with Lafaw was Elizabeth Kester, 20, Catasauqua, who was charged with possession with intent to deliver controlled substance, possession of small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and criminal conspiracy.Jan. 1, Ted Kistler Jr., 54, Slatington was charged with criminal mischief. Kiefer was called to Main Street at 8:43 a.m. for a report of criminal mischief.Jan. 2, Alicia Stoner, 19, Slatington, was charged with possession of small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and underage drinking. Kiefer stopped the vehicle on Loghouse Road at 10:50 p.m.Terrance Morrissey, 27, Philadelphia was charged with driving under the influence. Kiefer stopped the vehicle on Loghouse Road at 10:50 p.m. and found the operator to be under the influence.
