Dec. 12, Tyler Roberts, 22, Bethlehem was charged with driving under the influence, general lighting/headlamps, operating motor vehicle without rear lights, careless driving, possession of a small amount of marijuana. Officer Brandon Gianopulos stopped the vehicle for driving with a malfunctioning headlight on West Church Street. When the vehicle stopped, the officer spoke with the driver who appeared to be driving under the influence of a controlled substance.Dec. 13, Michael Boger, 38, Slatington was charged with driving under the influence for a third time. Kiefer stopped the vehicle on Loghouse Road at 10:50 p.m. and found the operator to be under the influence.
