A Lehigh County man has been cited for an incident at a bar.

Upper Macungie Township police said Raymond Ciekalsky, 42, of the 7700 block of Brobst Hill Road, New Tripoli, was cited for harassment for an incident on Dec. 15 about 3:50 p.m. at the Kuhnsville Hotel, 5745 Memorial Road. Police responded to the business and learned that there was a disturbance in which Ciekalsky became disorderly and at one point spit at a 42-year-old female employee.
