A criminal mischief incident that happened between 6:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Dec. 1 at a Lynn Township residence is being investigated by state police at the Fogelsville barracks.

The victim reported to police that a 6-foot section of the metal fence on her property was knocked down and bent.
