An American Red Cross Bloodmobile will be in Tamaqua on Tuesday, providing the perfect opportunity to extend the season of holiday giving.

Sponsored by the Tamaqua YMCA, the Bloodmobile will be held at the Y, 1201 E. Broad St.Blood donors will be accepted between the hours of 1 and 6 p.m.Anyone 17 or older, in good general health, who weighs at least 110 pounds is eligible to donate blood.Every potential donor will receive a free Red Cross long-sleeve T-shirt.To make an appointment, call 800-733-2767.
