December 19, 1981 - Joe Urenovitch scores a game-high 22 points and pulls down 19 rebounds to help lead Tamaqua to a 69-61 Schuylkill League win over Pottsville. Urenovitch tallies eight of his points in the second quarter, when the Blue Raiders pull ahead by 14 points, and adds 12 in the final frame to seal the victory. Tamaqua, coached by Bob Fulton, also receives 16 points from Ed Titus while Mark Cunningham contributes 15. Todd McLaughlin also adds 14 points and seven assists.
