Dave Semmel opens the match with a fall at 98 pounds to give the Indians a lead they would never lose. Bruce Cheslak adds a pin at 138 pounds while Bobby Rhyder also decks his opponent at 155. Lehighton's other falls come from Glenn Neff (167) and Gary Barkanic (185). The winners, coached by Rollie Alger, receive decision wins from George Strohl, Ricky Bossard, Greg Neff, Ricky Brownmiller and Tommy Newton.
