A Schuylkill County man has been cited for harassment.

State police at Frackville said Troy Cameron Zeigler, 25, was cited following an incident that occurred at 223 Runge Road in Butler Township, on Wednesday at 2:55 a.m. Troopers said Zeigler, who is a tenant in a room at that location, became heavily intoxicated and subjected an 18-year-old female to physical contact.
