One person was injured in a two-vehicle crash in Schuylkill County that occurred at 7:55 p.m. Oct. 2.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said Kristopher L. Martin, 22, of Lebanon, was driving a 1998 Toyota Tacoma pickup eastbound on Route 443 in Pine Grove Township, while Thomas M. Cool Jr., 40, of Pine Grove was westbound in a 2001 Dodge Durango. Troopers said when Martin arrived at the on-ramp to Interstate 81, he attempted a left turn and pulled directly into the path of Cool, causing a collision.Martin sustained a minor injury and was treated at the scene. Neither Cool nor his passenger Jennifer E. Cool, 38, were injured. Troopers cited Martin for vehicles turning left.
