National Penn Bancshares Inc. announced that Carol A. Connors has been named personal lines account manager for National Penn Insurance. She reports to Peter Frentzen, vice president of personal lines for National Penn Insurance.In her role, Connors is responsible for client relationship management and new business development and is based out of National Penn Insurance’s Allentown office.Connors, who lives in Lehighton, has 18 years of insurance industry experience.
