Michael Ireland, the 10-year-old boy who ran away from a foster home in Summit Hill on Sunday afternoon, has been located.

Officer Todd Woodward of the Summit Hill Police Department said he was found in a home in the White Bear section of Summit Hill some time after 1 p.m. on Monday.
