The 17th edition of Zoostock benefited from great weather and a large turnout Monday.

Hundreds of concertgoers -- mostly from the Lansford area -- packed the grove outside the Sports Zoo/Halftime Sports Bar Monday afternoon.

Despite hot temperatures, longtime attendees said it was one of the best attended afternoons they have seen for the annual Labor Day tradition.

Proceeds benefit the Carbon/Tamaqua Unit of the American Cancer Society.
