The Lehigh County coroner's office identified the victim as Marc Charles Henninger, 31, of 123 Fourth St.

Henninger was reported missing in the river at 7:10 p.m. near the boat launch area off Route 873 in Washington Township.His body was recovered about 10:30 p.m.He was pronounced dead at the scene at 11:04 p.m. by deputy coroner Wendy Brantley.An autopsy is scheduled for today to determine the cause and manner of death, the coroner's office said.The investigation into the incident is being handled by the Lehigh Township police.Slatington and Walnutport fire companies, along with other emergency crews, all aided in the search.
