A preliminary hearing scheduled Wednesday for Jeffrey Markovich, 43, of Summit Hill, who is charged with issuing a bad check, was continued for the fourth time.
Markovich is president of the Panther Valley School Board.
He was charged with issuing a bad check on May 7 by Summit Hill Chief of Police Joseph Fittos Jr.

The new date of the hearing is 1:15 p.m. on Sept. 23.
It will be held before District Judge Casimir Kosciolek of Lansford.
