A Long Pond man was killed in an early morning crash in Pocono Summit.

The Lehigh County Coroner's office said Michael D. Colford, 42, was pronounced dead at 2:08 a.m. at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest.

The crash happened at 10:05 p.m. Friday at the intersection of Route 940 and Heath Lane in Mount Pocono.

The Lehigh County Coroner's office and Mount Pocono Regional Police are conducting the investigation.
