Members who have Blue Cross of Northeastern Pennsylvania Individual health insurance coverage can now pay their premiums with a smart device thanks to a recent upgrade to the company's Self-Service mobile app.

Last month, BCNEPA merged with Highmark Inc. and continues to serve northeastern and north central Pennsylvania as Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield.Members will continue to have BCNEPA coverage until Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield products are offered in this market.The free app includes many of the most frequently used member tools and is available for download to any web-enabled Apple or Android phone or tablet.The secure Self-Service mobile app adds another convenient method for making Individual plan premium payments, in addition to the Self-Service portal on bcnepa.com, over the phone, or in the company's retail stores located in Bartonsville, Dickson City, downtown Wilkes-Barre and Williamsport.To download the app, visit the iTunes store for Apple devices, or Google Play for Android devices.
