The Wilkes-Barre enforcement office of the state liquor control board has cited a Carbon County business.
Kelly's Irish Pub of Lansford, 634 E. Patterson St., Lansford, was cited for the period of April 26, 2014, through April 18, 2015, for failing to clean malt or brewed beverage dispensing system at least once every seven days.This charge will be brought before an administrative law judge who has the authority to impose penalties ranging from $50 to $1,000 for minor offenses and up to $5,000 for more serious ones. In addition. the judge can also impose a license suspension or revocation of the license based on the severity of the charge brought.
