A Schuylkill County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence following an incident that occurred on May 16.

State police at Frackville said Rigoberto Paniagua-Gutierrez, 34, of Shenandoah, was stopped for traffic violations along Route 54 in West Mahanoy Township. He was found to under the influence.Charges were filed.
