Two Monroe County residents are facing a charge of harassment following an incident that occurred at 12:25 a.m. June 5 in the area of 1202 Weingartner St. in Ross Township.

Troopers said Lee Hahn, 21, and James Melucci, 37, both of Saylorsburg, were involved in a verbal argument that turned physical when Hahn and Melucci made contact with each other.In another harassment incident in Monroe County. Troopers said Morgan Perez, 33, of Saylorsburg, and Constontine Sarkidis Jr., 37, of Effort, were involved in an argument on June 9 at 10:03 a.m. at 110 Kleintop Lane, in Eldred Township, when Sarkidis struck a hot cup of coffee from Perez's hand.
