Avery Day, daughter of Christopher and Kimberly Day of Jim Thorpe, was named to the dean's list for the 2015 spring semester while attending East Stroudsburg University.

Avery, a 2013 graduate of Jim Thorpe Area High School, is majoring in elementary education and special education.Her GPA for the semester was 4.0.
