Burglary, theft incidents investigated

State police at Fern Ridge reported investigating a burglary and two theft incidents.

The break-in occurred at a home in the 500 block of Effort Neola Road, in Effort, Monroe County. Entry was made sometime between 6:22 and 11 a.m. on May 29.Troopers said electronics were removed from the home.A resident in the area of 23 Route 715, Jackson Township, Monroe County, reported a 2000 a Kawasaki Z600 motorcycle was removed from her garage. The theft occurred sometime between 8 a.m. and 10:30 p.m. May 7. No forced entry was present, troopers said.A man reported someone removed the license plate off his pickup while parked at his residence in the 1100 block of Cameron Road, Chestnuthill Township. The theft occurred sometime between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. on May 31.Troopers ask anyone with information concerning any of these incidents to call them at 570-646-2271.
