A West Penn Township home received major structural damage Saturday morning as the result of a two-vehicle crash along Route 309.

The crash occurred around 10 a.m. on the north side of the Blue Mountain.

Police said a woman was traveling Route 309 and pulled off to make a U-turn. Her vehicle was struck by a van pulling a trailer which was traveling north bound.

The van struck the car then continued off the west berm into a residence.
