The Carbon Chamber and Economic Development Council and the Lehighton Fire Department will host theSecond Annual Earth Day 5K Hippy Run/WalkSaturday morning.

The event will begin at the Lehighton Trail Head, 200 Main Lane, SargeantStanley Hoffman Boulevard, Lehighton.Registration is at 7:30 a.m., with a 9 a.m. start.Cost is $20 for adults and $10 for students.Proceeds benefit the CCEDC Scholarship Fund and the Lehighton Fire Department Equipment Fund.
