Jim Thorpe students compete

Students from Jim Thorpe Area School District recently participated in the CLIU 21 Regional Computer Fair that was held last month at Lehigh Carbon Community College.

A number of students competed and placed in the competition. The first-place winners will advance to the state competition at Dickinson College in Carlisle in May.Those who placed are:LB MorrisElementarySky Gould, first place Digital Video; Robert Renode, Ethan Konklin and Sean Bevilacqua, second place Digital Video; Emma Gavornik, Sage Hukka and Natalie Terpstra, first place Graphic Design; Ashley Hill and Trinity Murphy, first place Computer Fair Logo; and Damian Washel, second place, Animation.Jim Thorpe High SchoolEric Fischer, third place Animation; Brittney Marzen and Joclyn Day, first place Computer Fair Logo.
