The engagement of Kalie Behler of New Cumberland and Jonathon Troy Borkowski has been announced by their parents.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Gerald and Diane Briggs.She is a 2004 graduate of Marian Catholic High School. She graduated in 2011 from Bloomsburg University with a bachelor of science in medical imaging. She also graduated from Lancaster General College of Nursing and Health Sciences with a certificate in nuclear medicine in 2011.She is currently employed as a recruiter for the PA Air National Guard, as a technical sergeant.The prospective bridegroom is the son of Harold Borkowski Jr.He is a 2003 graduate of Kennard-Dale High School. He graduated from Thaddeus Stevens School of Technology in 2005.He is currently employed as USAF Combat Arms Instructor for Security Forces of the PA Air National Guard. He is a staff sergeant.The couple are planning a wedding for June 9 of this year.
