The Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission advises motorists traveling northbound on the Northeastern Extension (I-476) between the Mahoning Valley (Exit 74) and Pocono (Exit 95) interchanges, to be prepared for a single-lane traffic pattern to be in effect today from 8 a.m. until 3 p.m.

At 7 a.m. construction crews set a single lane traffic pattern northbound, closing the right lane and shoulder between milepost A86.5 and A87.5. to install a sign structure until the pattern is lifted by 3 p.m.The posted speed limit through this work zone will be 55 mph. The work is dependent on the weather and could be delayed or canceled.
