Two drivers, including one from Schuylkill County, were injured in a two-vehicle crash that occurred at 11:29 p.m. Sunday at the intersection of Route 309 and Mountain Road in Lynn Township, Lehigh County.

State police at Fogelsville said Seldon A. Warner, 82, of Danielsville, was stopped on Mountain Road while Dean K. Miller II, 32, of Andreas, was southbound on 309. Warner began to cross 309 and pulled into the path of Miller. Warner blew the horn on his vehicle to alert Miller, who veered to the left to avoid a collision.

Miller's 2005 Peterbilt truck overturned onto its side. Warner's 1993 Kenworth truck then struck the rear of Miller's truck. Miller was flown to the hospital.

Warner was taken to the Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest, by Cetronia ambulance for treatment of injuries. Warner was cited for stop signs and yield signs.
