Rush Township police cited three people after an incident at the HT Commons Walmart on Feb. 20. Officers were dispatched to the store at 4:25 p.m.

Derreck Lesko Forker, 21, of Ringtown, reportedly huffed aerosol from a can of air duster, then passed out, falling in to a display case. He was charged with retail theft, public drunkenness, disorderly conduct, and harassment.Brittany Zelinsky, 23, of Ringtown, and Darian Brennan, 20, of Mahanoy City, were charged with retail theft, receiving stolen property, and conspiracy to commit retail theft.
