Nathaniel Afro, 20, of Summit Hill, is facing charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property after an incident at the HT Commons Walmart in Rush Township.

Afro reportedly took merchandise valued at $299.76 from the store at 9:46 p.m. on Feb. 24.
