Stroudsburg field hockey coach Jennifer Snyder LoBasso was recently named the The National Federation of Field Hockey Pennsylvania Coach of the Year.

LoBasso is a Lehighton High School graduate and resides in Lehighton. This past season she led the Mountaineers to a 21-2-2 record and an Eastern Pennsylvania Conference championship. Stroudsburg also qualified for the PIAA state playoffs.In addition to that award, LoBasso was just notified that she was selected one of the top 75 coaches in all sports nationally. The top 25 coaches of the year will be announced on March 10th.
