Services set for Nesquehoning teen killed in crash

Funeral services have been announced for a Nesquehoning girl killed in a crash in Tamaqua on Sunday.

Autumn Lynn Young, 17, was born in Allentown.

She was the daughter of Mark E. Young of Emmaus and the late Monica (Kusko) Young who passed away in 2014.

Autumn was a senior at Panther Valley High School where she was an honor student. Autumn was a beautiful young woman who was full of life and potential. She will be sorely missed and always remembered by all those whose lives were fortunate enough to be touched by her.

Along with her father, she is survived by brothers Zevvin Young and Brandon Kusko of Nesquehoning; and grandparents Edward Kusko Sr. of Nesquehoning and Lester and Lois Young of Macungie.

She was also preceded in death by a grandmother Jeanette Kusko.

Parastas service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday at the Joseph S. Blazosky Funeral Home, 81 E. Catawissa St., Nesquehoning, with Rev. Vasyl Chepelskyy officiating. Interment will be held at a later date in St. Mary's Cemetery, Nesquehoning. Family will receive friends Saturday from 9 to 11 a.m. at the funeral home. The Joseph S. Blazosky Funeral Home has been entrusted with the funeral arrangements.
