Watch for slick spots today, more to come Tuesday night

Slippery conditions remain this morning with temperatures in the mid and upper 20s to around freezing this morning across the area.

Untreated roads, sidewalks, and parking lots will likely remain icy through this morning. Some patchy fog will also occur and will reduce visibilities in some areas. Be alert for changing roadway conditions and visibilities.

If you will be driving, reduce your speed and allow plenty of distance between you and the vehicle ahead of you.

We'll get the next round of weather Tuesday, with snow, sleet and freezing rain starting in the afternoon into Tuesday night.

Snowfall is forecast to be 1 to 3 inches with a light coating of ice up to a tenth of an inch. Another round of accumulating snow is possible on Wednesday night into Thursday.
