A Carbon County teen has been cited for harassment for an incident that occurred at 5:45 p.m. on Sunday at 150 Barbara Ave. in Towamensing Township.

Troopers said a 17-year-old male from Lehighton was cited for sending text messages to a 19-year-old female, threatening to inflict harm on her, troopers said.
