A McAdoo teen faces charges in connection with a Feb. 12 crash in Rush Township.

James Kolbush, 18, was driving a Dodge Ram pickup on Fairview Street at 4:34 p.m. when he lost control, went through a guide wire, down an embankment and struck a tree. Kolbush escaped serious injury.Police have determined he was texting while driving.
