Palmerton Police Department is investigating the following incidents:

Possession of drug paraphernaliaCriminal charges were filed against Raymond Witkowski, 34, of 516 Franklin Ave., Palmerton, for receiving stolen property. The incident occurred at 1:30 p.m. Nov. 24 in the 300 block of Lehigh Avenue.Criminal charges were filed against Tanya Partington, 25, of 688 Mauch Chunk Road, Palmerton, for two counts of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and public drunkenness.The incident occurred at 7:09 a.m. Feb. 2 in the 500 block of Delaware Avenue.Criminal charges were filed against Joshua Strohl, 28, last known address 752 Mauch Chunk Road, Palmerton, for forgery and possession of drug paraphernalia.The incident occurred at 4:03 p.m. Nov. 5 in the 600 block of Delaware Avenue. Criminal charges were also filed against Strohl for unauthorized use of automobile, theft, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief. The incident occurred at midnight May 31 in the 400 block of Delaware Avenue.Possession of controlled substanceCriminal charges were filed against Dylan Dotter, 18, of 509 Third St., Palmerton, for unlawful possession of a controlled substance. The incident occurred at 7 p.m. Jan. 28 in the 500 block of Delaware Avenue.Receiving stolen propertyCriminal charges were filed against Tracey Hontz, 44, of 430 Franklin Ave., Palmerton, for receiving stolen property. The incident occurred at 1:30 p.m. Nov. 24 in the 300 block of Lehigh Avenue.Other citationsPolice also issued five citations for speeding, nine citations for traffic violations, and one citation for a vehicle violation.
