Area residents awoke last Saturday morning to anywhere from 4 to 8 inches of snow, seen here in Hometown. As predicted, the snowfall provided a good workout for shovels, snowthrowers and plows. Winter then kicked into high gear with the arrival of a clipper storm Monday.
