A Carbon County man has been charged following an incident in which he threw a snow shovel at a resident.

State police at Fern Ridge said the incident occurred at a residence on Mountain Road, in Albrightsville, Penn Forest Township.Troopers said at 4:49 p.m. on Jan. 22 Andrew J. Pavlischak, 46, of Albrightsville, went to Darling's property picked up a snow shovel and threw it at her in a rage causing alarm for the victim.Pavlischak was charged with criminal trespass, troopers said.
