State police at Lehighton are investigating a theft from vehicle incident.

Michael Allen of Lehighton reported two green Interstate batteries were removed from a dump truck parked at his property at 7490 Interchange Road in Towamensing Township. The theft was reported at 11:59 a.m. Wednesday.Anyone with information concerning this incident is asked to call troopers at 610-681-1850.
