McAdoo police stopped a vehicle on Jan. 2 for having excessively tinted windows and found a very cooperative passenger who handed them a marijuana blunt.

Alexander Ruiz-Mora, 23, was also found to be in possession of a bundle of heroin, a cut straw and a grinder with suspected marijuana residue. He was charged with possession of a controlled substance and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.
