Two Carbon County residents were cited by state police at Lehighton for disorderly conduct following separate incidents.

Richard Allen Shook, of Palmerton, was cited at 2:21 p.m. on Saturday at a crash scene at the intersection of Route 209 and Forest Inn Road, in Towamensing Township.Troopers said Shook arrived at the scene of a crash in which his wife was involved and screamed obscenities at her for her being involved in the crash.When told to stop, Shook continued to scream obscenities for a few minutes before returning to his vehicle.Ryan Henning, of 82 Main Road, Franklin Township, was cited on Dec. 31 at 9:40 p.m. when he was found outside his home highly intoxicated and acting in a disorderly manner, troopers said.
